How long will it take?

I'm abroad. Can you manage everything without me?
Yes — most of our investor clients never visit during the works. You approve the 3D design online, sign the contract electronically, receive weekly video reports and itemized spend, and we hand over to your property manager or tenants.
Which materials do you use, and can I choose my own?
Each package has a transparent materials list (Georgian/Turkish for Standard, European for Comfort, Italian/German for Premium). You can swap any item — we show the price difference before you decide.
What is the payment schedule?
Typically 30% on signing, 30% after rough works, 30% after finishing, 10% at handover. Each payment is tied to a milestone you can see in your video report.
What does the warranty cover?
All of our works: electrics, plumbing, waterproofing, finishes, installations. 12 months on Standard, 24 on Comfort, 36 on Premium. If something fails, we come and fix it at no cost.
Do I need permits? Do you handle the paperwork?
For apartments, most cosmetic works need no permit; layout changes require building-management approval, which we obtain. For houses and cottages we run the full permit process with Batumi City Hall and the Adjara authorities.
